AMFANIN ZUMA GA LAFIYA (A TAKAICE)
Zuma wani irin abinci ne mai zaki kamar
shigen suga wanda kudan-zuma ke
samarwa daga furen itace ko shuka -wato
wani romon sinadari dake cikin furen itace
ko shuka da kudan-zuma ke tsotsowa
(nectar) domin sarrafa ruwan zuma.
Mutane na amfani da zuma a matsayin
abinci ko magani. Sabili da muhimmancin
zuma, a cikin surorin Alqur'ani maigirma
- akwai surah mai sunan kudan zuma -
wato Surat An- Nahl. Allah (S.W.A.) ya
bayyana mana muhimmancin zuma ga
rayuwar 'dan adam a cikin wannan surah
" ...waraka ce ga mutane." (An Nahl: 69).
Hakika kuma Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ya
bayyana mana muhimmancin ta a wasu
hadisai.
Don haka, zuma nada amfani ga lafiya
kamar haka:
1. Tana kashe cutar bakteriya da fangas
(bacteria & fungus) da kuma bada kariya
daga kamuwa da ciwon-daji. Bincike ya
nuna cewa zuma mai duhu-duhu tafi
wannan amfanin.
2. Tana warkar da ciwo ko gyambo idan
ana shafawa ko sha.
3. Tana taimaka ma mai-mura, tari ,
atishawa da sauran matsalolin sanyi.
4. Maganin gudawa ce.
5. Maganin gyambon ciki - Ulcer.
6. Tana karfafa garkuwar jiki.
7. Tana rage hadarin kamuwa daga
cututtukan zuciya, musamman idan aka
hadata da Kirfat (cinnamon).
8. Tana sanya kuzari a jiki.
9. Tana rage nauyin kiba. Shan ruwa mai-
`dumi da lemun tsami tare da zuma kafin
aci komi da safe zai taimaka wajen rage
`kiba.
10. Tana saukaka narkewar abinci ga masu
fama da rashin narkewar abinci.
11. Tana rage kumburi mai sanya waje
yayi kalar ja da radadin ciwo.
12. Tana kyautata lafiyar kwalwa.
13. Tana gyara fata da rage kurajen fuska
(pimples) idan ana shafa ta.
14. Da sauransu.
