Amfanin Man-Zaitun ga Lafiya ( a takaice)

Man-zaitun ( Olive oil/ Olea europea ) wani
irin nau'in mai ne da ake samarwa daga
'ya'yan itaciyar zaitun (Olive tree). Ana
amfani dashi wajen girki, gyaran fata,
magani, hada sabullai da kuma man-fitila
( a gargajiyance). Man-zaitun ana amfani
dashi a 'kasashen duniya da dama,
musamman kasar Spain, France (Faransa),
Italy, Greece (kasar Girka), Syria, Lebanon,
Egypt, Libya,Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco da
sauransu. Toh amma kasashen da suka fi
yawan amfani dashi sune Portugal, Spain,
Italy da Greece. Daga shekara ta 2000 zuwa
ta 2009, kasashe 3 da suka fi yawan samar
dashi sune: 1. Spain 2. Italy 3. Greece.
Kasar Syria itace ta 4 , sai mai-bimata
kasar Tunisia, a matsayin ta 5.
Sabili da muhimmancin itaciyar zaitun,
Allah Madaukakin sarki, Mai -halittu ya
ambace ta a cikin Al-Qur'ani Maigirma -
Surat At- Tin da Surat An- Nur.
Man-zaitun nada amfanin sosai ga lafiyar
'dan adam. Binciken ilimin kimiyya ya
nuna cewa yana da amfani kamar haka:
1. Yana 'karfafa garkuwar jiki ( domin yaki
da kwayar cutar biras, bacteriya, fangas
(fighting virus, bacteria, fungus etc.) da
sauransu. Wadannan cututtuka suke
haddasa matsalolin lafiya da dama, kamar
irinsu ciwon-anta, tetanus da cin-ruwa.
2. Yana da sinadarai masu bada kariya
daga kamuwa da ciwon daji (rich in
antioxidant subtances).
3. Kariya daga cututtukan zuciya - yana
rage yawan sinadarin kolestirol (reducing
high cholesterol) wanda idan yayi yawa a
cikin jini yake da illa ga zuciya.
4. Rage hawan jini (reducing high blood
pressure).
5. Taimako ga masu ciwon-suga (helping
diabetic patients).
6. Kariya daga ciwon jiki (sanyin jiki) dana
gabobi (anti-rheumatism & arthritis).
7. Inganta lafiyar zuciya (improving heart's
function esp. to older people whose hearts
are weak due to aging) musamman ga
tsofaffi wanda zuciyar su ta fara rauni
wajen aiki saboda tsufa. Yana gyara zuciya
da quruciya.
8. Kariya daga ciwon daji dake shagar fata
( protection from skin cancer).
9. Inganta lafiyar qashi. (improving bone
health).
10. Inganta lafiyar kwalwa wajen koyon
wani abu kamar karatu ko rike karatun,
musamman ga manya (improving cognitive
function) da sauransu.
Ana iya amfani da man-zaitun kamar haka:
~ Asha cikin babban cokali sau 2 a rana -
safe da rana, cokali daya a kowane lokacin.
~ Ayi girki dashi a matsayin man girki ko a
zuba cikin abinci bayan girki.
~ Manshafawa kamar sauran man amfani
na jiki.
~ Giris ga ma'aurata (sex lubricant). Bugu
da kari, zai kuma bada kariya daga
cututtuka.
~ Ciwon-kunne, digo 2 ko 3 na man a cikin
kunne.
~ Da sauran wasu hanyoyin na inganta
lafiya.
